Self-portrait in the garden

After buying my first digital camera I joined Flickr, a now owned Yahoo photo blogging site. When I joined Flickr, Yahoo hadn't bought it yet and it was a thriving photographer's community. This was my first digital project. It was produced as a response to an assignment posted in a popular Flickr group.

Another story that relates to this project is that my last photography teacher recommended that I should try to do some self-portrait. I consider this work to be the response to the recommendation. Although I never presented it to my teacher, but I think he would have liked it.
